Anthony J. Gonzales, FAACE – Anthony joined AACE International in 2007. He has been a presenter of webinars and technical papers. Anthony is the Chair of the Claims & Dispute Resolution Technical Subcommittee (2020-present) leading the effort with the CDR webinar series. He has been an associate member of the Technical Board (2022-present). Anthony has previously served as president of the Central Texas Section having led the effort to restart that section. He has been a lecturer in courses to graduate student engineers in cost estimating, CPM scheduling, claims identification, schedule delay analysis, quantification of damages, an productivity loss at the University of Texas at Austin (June 11-present). He is the Managing Principal at Spire Consulting Group, LLC. Anthony has previously been recognized by AACE with the Keane Award for Distinguished Service to an AACE Section (2014).
 

George H. Ostermayer, III CCP CEP DRMP EVP PSP FAACE – George joined AACE International in 1990. He has obtained multiple AACE certification designations: Certified Cost Professional (CCP) in 1991; Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) in 2007; Decision & Risk Management Professional (DRMP) in 2012; Earned Value Professional (EVP) in 2006; and Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) in 2006. George has been a member of the Certification Board (2006-present) and is a contributor to a Recommended Practice (RP).

William James Simons, EVP PSP FAACE – Jim joined AACE International in 1997. He earned the Earned Value Professional (EVP) designation in 2012 and the Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification designation in 2004. He has been a member of the Certification Board (2013-present). He is a member of the Planning & Scheduling Technical Subcommittee (2017-present) and has been a contributor to five (5) Recommended Practices (RPs).
