Governing Documents

The Bylaws for AACE International and its affiliate, the AACE International Certification Institute, are the fundamental rules by which the organizations are governed. The Organization Manuals contain the policies and procedures for how each entity is run.

All AACE members and certified individuals agree to uphold the AACE Canons of Ethics, which advance the honor, dignity, and practices of cost engineering. To learn more about the Canons of Ethics and ethical violation procedures, please refer to the AACE Organization Manual.
